I completely agree that those who are led by Satan are the sons of Satan, and those who are led by the Holy Spirit are the sons of God no matter what their genetics are.

But do REALLY think that it was an 'apple' that Eve was EXPERIENCING in the Garden of Eden ?

If you do, I have a little lesson for you about the 'birds and the bees' .

Gen_2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.

Bruce, there was fruit trees in the garden of Eden, but the tree of life and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil are two ways Adam and Eve can live.
The way of the tree of life is to do what the LORD told them, and the way of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil is to not do what the LORD told them.

Gen 2:16 And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
Gen 2:17 But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.

Gen_3:13 And the LORD God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

Some believe that satans beguiling - seducing Eve was him having sex with her, I don't believe that.
Seduction is a mental thing one can be seduced into robbing a bank, having sex and many other things
The serpent seduced Eve to disobey the LORD saying she would be like gods, he corrupted Eve's mind.

Gen_3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil.

2Co_11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.

Richard I concur, Genesis 3:11-12 should settle any question as to what happened.

11 And he said, Who told thee that thou wast naked? Hast thou eaten of the tree, whereof I commanded thee that thou shouldest not eat?

12 And the man said, The woman whom thou gavest to be with me, she gave me of the tree, and I did eat.

13 And the Lord God said unto the woman, What is this that thou hast done? And the woman said, The serpent beguiled me, and I did eat.

Bruce are you implying that Adam too was seduced by Satan? If the "apple" was Satan seducing Eve then he also seduced Adam, none of it makes sense if you read the verse in context of verse 11 and 12

Have you ever wondered how and when it ever began to happen that a person can grow into sexual maturity and have homosexual yearnings for another person of the same sex. ?




I am sure that was NOT in God's 'original' plan ! Right ?




It would have been a MUCH BETTER world if Eve had NOT disobeyed God, and had said, Get thee hence, Satan ! Eat you own apple.




There were a whole lot of things going on in the Garden of Eden that should NOT have gone on.

THE CHRONOLOGY OF CAIN AND ABEL.............







First, Eve ate of the fruit of the tree BEFORE SHE KNEW ADAM :




Genesis 3:6

".....she took of its fruit and ate..."




Next, Adam knew Eve and she bore Cain :




Genesis 4:1

"Now Adam knew Eve, his wife, and she conceived and bore Cain..."




If Eve had "ate of the fruit of the tree" AFTER she bore Cain the following Scripture would not be nearly so interesting :




1 John 3:12

"...Cain WHO WAS OF THE WICKED ONE and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him ? Because his works were EVIL, and his brother's righteous."







There is the distinct possibility that Cain, who was conceived AFTER Eve ate of the fruit of the tree even though it was AFTER Adam knew her, was actually the Son of Satan.

Our physical works can be evil, and our wrong thoughts are also evil works, Cain was angry after God rejected his offering, it was this anger that caused him to murder Abel, so his works were evil before he murdered Abel.

1Jn 3:15 Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer: and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life abiding in him.
