Yes indeed; again what we are seeing here is the struggle between carnal understanding and spiritual understanding. The carnal mind understands the command as a carnal command for carnal rest in a certain appointed carnal day; but the spiritual mind understands the spiritual command for spiritual rest in a certain appointed spiritual day (which Day is Christ; the Light)

All of the carnal things are simply pictures of the spiritual things, and truth is NEVER carnally understood. But the carnal mind will stumble over that stumblingblock of carnality, and fail to perceive and understand the spiritual truth being shown through the carnal thing- for instance when Jesus said "You must eat My flesh and drink My blood" many of His disciples stopped following Him, and why? Because they understood with the carnal mind, instead of the spiritual; and the carnal mind will ALWAYS deceive.

Again this is the way it works in the ENTIRE bible. There is a carnal Israel; there is a spiritual Israel; there is a carnal circumcision; there is a spiritual circumcision; there is a carnal Jew; there is a spiritual Jew; and of these two things ONLY the spiritual ever matters- the carnal is just a picture of the REAL thing- the SPIRITUAL thing.

Carry this understanding with you when reading the prophecies as well; for when you read of the new covenant revealing "stars falling from heaven" and "sun and moon darkened" remember: these are speaking about spiritual things, NOT carnal things: so if you are ever seeing meteors or comets or anything in the sky, or even raining upon the earth fireball explosions- this is NOT a fulfillment of the new covenant prophecy; when John is "in the spirit" he is seeing SPIRITUAL things- not carnal. When you see death and destruction- it is speaking of SPIRITUAL death and SPIRITUAL destruction (both infinitely worse than carnal death and destruction)

but the point here is, if the reader understands the above concerning the Sabbath, as that the carnal merely "shadows" the spiritual, and has no real part in the spiritual (being carnal); try to carry this understanding with you at all times, and this will increase your spiritual understanding; "buying and selling" is talking about spiritual buying and selling, not carnal: the mark of the beast is a spiritual thing, not a carnal; etc.

now moreso, the old covenant is spiritual Egypt, with its carnal commands and carnality- the circumcision of the flesh; it's taskmasters and weights in all of the commands; Moses delivered a carnal people from carnal bondage to carnal taskmasters: but Jesus delivered a spiritual people from spiritual bondage to spiritual taskmasters. now the people who seek for one to return to the carnality of the old covenant commands and attempt to mix carnality with spirituality; these are they who seek to return to Egypt in the prophets: they who advise Israel to seek alliance with Egypt to be the strength of Israel:

Isa 30:2 That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!
Isa 30:3 Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.
