Oh boy, did I get an overload of Illuminati stuff today!

As I said yesterday in response to a video, I did some looking up on the Knights of Malta. By googling that name, I came across a myriad of names of people who are members, thousands of people! They are not all Catholic, in fact, looking at the name, some of whom are very familiar, I would say most of them are not Catholic. They seem to comprise anyone who wants to belong who has made big bucks or led politically. People like Mayor Bloomberg of New York. Frank Sinatra. Most of our recent presidents, including Reagan. Candidates like Rick Santorum. Her Majesty and many of her relatives belong either to the Knights or Dames of Malta or to related groups like the Pilgrim Society.
People in the Club of Rome often belong to this offshoot of the Templars. They are not directly the Templars, as they are said to have been created by a Pope AFTER the first main Templar body was destroyed, and they inherited (the article said) the wealth of the Templars.

The Knights of the Garter are a different but interlocked group, which comprises fewer people, just a few invited by the Queen, not thousands.

I am frankly unable to understand why so many agnostics and Jews belong to this group, which has this "Christian" name and Christian symbols. It seems it should be anathema to a Jew, but perhaps only non-orthodox or non-believing Jews belong.

Well, there goes the neighborhood. I had admired Prince Richard of Gloucester, and his interesting brother who died in a plane crash long ago, but there he is parading around in the regalia of the Knights of Malta.
