DON'T READ THE SCRIPTURES LIKE A KINDERGARTEN PRIMER...GOD IS THE AUTHOR....

When determining the meaning of a particular Scripture one must understand the context in which it is written. The context can be derived by other Scriptures pertaining to the same subject. If you read the Scriptures like you would read a kindergarten primer you will usually NOT understand the message being conveyed by the Author. That is exactly why there is so much mis-information among those who read the Scriptures. No one can argue that point !

If you are a pre-tribber you will understand the Scriptures differently than if you are a post-tribber. mid-tribber, or pre-wrather. That is why it is critical to understand exactly when the rapture occurs in relation to the tribulation, but that requires you to know what the tribulation really is. Most people do not .

Of course the correct rapture position is BOTH post-trib and pre-wrath just after God's tribulation of Israel and just before the 7th seal is opened and Satan is cast down.

The rapture happens "Immediately after the tribulation" of Israel Matt 24:29 Therefore the raptured Church "comes out" of the great tribulation without ever being in the great tribulation. The shortened great tribulation of Israel happens while the Church is present on earth to witness it, but is raptured "Immediately after the tribulation" of Israel ends.
