The "Resurrection" has been erroneously labeled The "Rapture".

While Yahusha/JESUS was alive, He prayed to His Father: "I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.  John 17:15 (KJV)

Yahusha/JESUS gave signs of what must happen before His Return:  "Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken:"  Matt. 24:29 (KJV)

We are followers of Yahusha/JESUS Only

Yahusha is I Am That I Am  (Exodus 3:14)

Yahusha is YHWH  come in the flesh, He put aside His Diety to become a human, born of  a Virgin.

Yahusha is the Word, As The Most High, He spoke all things seen and unseen into existence

When YHWH created Light, He was revealed to the angels.

John 14:26
"the breath of life"

But the Comforter, which is "the breath of life", whom the Father will send shall teach you all things.

God is not His  Name but a term.  The Holy Spirit is not a person but the very Breath of the Father.

There is no Trinity.  The Father, YHVH  and Yahusha are One  (John 10:30)

Dear Esther,
I’m really struggling with what to do in regards to schooling my kids. We have tried public, and got burned. Tried homeschooling, and my husband did not think this “out of the box” schooling was appropriate. Went to a “bubble” private Christian school; which seemed apostate. Now we are at another private school that is huge on Disney; which I am very much against knowing the history that I know about it and influence on kids. The school seems to idolize Disney to make it “fun” for the kids. I thought the point of private Christian school was to instill biblical values, not worldly. It has recently, this year, implemented having finger biometrics; which has really concerned me.

One of my kids asked if they could undo the “mark” if they got it and didn’t know it. The Bible as far as my reading goes states that it will deceive the “elect” or Christian. Does this mean that initially it will be non-mandatory? This biometrics is used to buy, not sell; not yet that is. The finger biometric was from both hands and finding “points” that were unique to the person scanning. I have much anxiety about impulsively having the initial scan done with my kids. It is giving me daily panic attacks.

I’m really struggling with biblical confusion and man’s interpretation. I have much anxiety about being left behind, as well as my family; whom I thought were true Christians. It seems everything I try to do right just backfires. The church I had been going to is apostate, and it seems I can go no place for sound biblical doctrine for my family. We have not found a “true” church. I’m trying to read my Bible, but then hear about “false” Bibles that confuse me even to know which is right. I’ve been reading KJV, but then hear he was a mason; then became Christian.

Seems like I am having a spiritual breakdown. How can I change this and refocus with clarity on true doctrine and direction? If I knew a true, non-apostate pastor I would watch sermons online. It seems those who I thought were true are not so. Satan is the author of confusion, and I have no idea why he seems to be antagonizing me for most of my life. I’m not a missionary, so am not a huge threat so to speak for him. Why me?

My grandfather was a pastor, who passed many years ago and I long so much to be able to have talked to him about these questions. Some other family and extended have been heavily into occult practices that I have deliberately kept my distance from. I know that Satan is alive and well. I’m not familiar with how to fast, but think now is the right time more than ever. It is now critical to find a true biblical church and it seems none are in sight.

My health is going bad; which brings more anxiety, as I am the only true Christian parent my family has.

Alone Christian

Dear Alone Christian,
The Lord is not going to let you down despite all the challenging situations around you. Since you are a godly woman, with God’s guidance you can navigate your way to more productive and spiritually “safe” situations. Please rest assured that your life, will get better, even here on this earth while we await our Savior’s return.

“He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say to the LORD, “My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust!” (Psalm 91:1-4).

Satan has been antagonizing you because you are saved. He wants to thwart your effectiveness as a witness for Christ. Since you are saved and he can’t have you he will try to make you think God is not there for you or that you are not saved. He is a very deceptive, conniving and vicious creature. You are wise to stay far away from anything or anyone to do with the occult.

Clearly, you are having a very frustrating time. But God is working to remedy these problems, so do not despair. My first suggestion is that you try homeschooling, again. See if you can find someone in your area—a homeschooling advocate, who can explain to your husband why homeschooling is important. Pointing out the great advantage of such an education should help him understand the tremendous value in teaching children in this way. This type of education would be the best way to avoid being forced to participate in the things that concern you at the schools.

If your husband still refuses to allow you to homeschool the children, look for another private school. If you cannot find another, leave your children at this one. Take time to explain to them frequently that the biometric technology, is not the “mark of the beast” but it is a precursor to it. Also see if the school will allow your children to opt out of any and all biometric technology. How mandatory these technologies will be before the actual “mark” of the Antichrist described in Scripture, depends on the institution involved, and how much they are going to place pressure on others to conform to their dictates.

See if you can get a medical or conscientious objective exemption, for example. Your concern about your children getting a godly education speaks of your devotion to the Lord and to them. God requires parents to train their children in a God-centered way. Perhaps you might have an opportunity to share these verses with your husband:

“And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up” (Deuteronomy 6:6-7).

You can point out to your children the problems at their school, which are not meeting true biblical standards. Start an after school “club” in your home that your kids and some of their friends can belong to, all based on biblical ways to deal with life (regular get-togethers where social and academic topics that interest them are discussed).

Use DVDs and other forms of Christian media that you know are biblically sound. Show them how in the Bible, we have every answer to our problems. Make it a fun time of sharing and caring to help keep their perspective on the Lord and His ways, so when they are led astray by non-Christian teaching even at their “Christian” school, they will not be so easily influenced.

In the coming years, biometric technology will become so commonplace that virtually everyone will accept it, including some Christians. Avoid it as best you can for yourself, but especially your children. If you cannot avoid it for your children (such as at school) teach them that it is only a precursor to the type of technology that the Antichrist will use when he comes on the scene. Explain that if they trust in Jesus they will be raptured before the Antichrist forces everyone to take his “mark.” Be sure that they understand the salvation message.

Two of the best translations of the Bible are the New American Standard Bible (NASB) and the American Standard Version (ASV). I also like and use the New King James Version, but I always cross-reference my verses whenever I am studying Scripture. Keep looking for a true church and also a home Bible study in your area. If you know of anyone who can lead a home Bible study and wants to, that would be a first step while looking for a church.

Many large churches started as home Bible studies. Surely there must be some faithful believers in your area who are running into the same problems you are with finding a home church. If you pull together and meet regularly you will be blessed in many ways.

Concerning your anxiety over you or your family being left behind, I can see why you would be upset. So much false and confusing teaching about the Bible is out there. Unless we are seriously and faithfully grounded in the Word of God, one can get very disheartened. If you read my letter from couple of weeks ago to Lindsay (September 2, 2013), that should help you assess whether your family members are truly in the faith.

It sounds like you have a discerning spirit and that you are seeing things clearly. Unfortunately too many Christians read the opinions of men about the Bible without following-up and going to the Scriptures directly as we are commanded to do in Acts 17.11:

“Now these were more noble-minded than those in Thessalonica, for they received the word with great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.”

It is great to read good Christian books and view DVDs, etc. but without carefully comparing what is written by others to Scripture, you will not know if what you are reading or watching is correct. Never assume because someone has a big “name” or a popular following that what is being taught as truth is reliable. It is up to each and every one of us to be Bereans and search the Scriptures daily. The Lord has given us the Holy Spirit and He will teach us and guide us:

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you”

It is tragic that so many are “unchurched” because of a lack of leadership and sound biblical teaching. But when we are faced with such dynamics, God will always provide a way for us to fellowship with others—if we earnestly seek a way.

It is no secret that Christians even in this country are facing persecution from godless individuals and groups. We are living in the last days and everything Jesus warned us about is on a fast track to completion. You are seeing the pieces falling into place that will make it quite easy for a one-world ruler to take control after the Rapture of the church.

This is also what you must share with your family. Tell them to think of these situations as warning signs that the Lord Himself spoke of so long ago. And here it is—in our own generation, the very things that will usher in the final seven-years of world history, as we know it. This is not a time to panic. This is a time to rejoice. This is the time to dig deep inside our Bibles and speak the Word of God aloud so it resonates deep within. Make it a point to tell others about the soon coming Messiah every chance you get as the Holy Spirit leads you.

I know you feel overwhelmed that you are seeing invasive technologies and unbiblical curriculum enter even so-called Christian schools. If you keep looking around, there are still some small groups, smaller schools that do not bow down to the altar of compromise. Realize and accept that life is not the same as it was even a few short years ago. It is more imperative than ever for believers to get very serious about their faith so whatever comes our way, we can handle it.

The Lord said He would remove us before the Tribulation begins, but He also said that there would be “tribulation” in our lives. We all have tribulation to some degree and now that Christians are being targeting by liberal groups as the “problem” we must be on guard. We must trust that the Lord is with us and will guide us when we faithfully seek Him.

As the apostasy and hypocrisy grow, it will not be unusual to see some who we have thought to be true Christians turn out to be self-serving phonies with their ungodly hidden agendas exposed, and then on the other hand, there are those who seem like they don’t have the slightest chance of getting saved, suddenly repent, and become very faithfully committed to the Lord.

Use your time and resources wisely and be sure you are placing the Lord first in your life, as you certainly seem to be. It is so easy to get distracted in this life, and everywhere we turn we seem to hear the message, “It is okay to do your own thing, let someone else be the do-gooder.”

In your situation try to get the school situation sorted out, first. In the meantime keep looking for a way to get involved with home Bible studies and times of fellowship with others, even if it is a very small group. It sounds like you are overwhelmed because so many things around you are challenging you at the same time. Keep praying that the Lord will work out all your concerns. He is your Advocate and is working on your behalf. Go into your prayer closet often and He will minister to you. Get lost in your prayers and the Holy Spirit will comfort you and guide you.

Concerning fasting and your health, I would not suggest a fast right now. Fasting, as you know, is a biblical concept but with all the anxiety you are feeling, please be careful. You might consider consuming only fresh fruit and vegetable juices, and homemade vegetable broths for a short time (a modified fast). But consult with your physician and ask his or her opinion before undertaking any type of fasting.

I would not recommend fasting only on water, especially with all the stress you are under. The best way to recover your health is to eat natural foods, fresh fruits and vegetables in their raw form or by lightly steaming them. Avoid all processed foods, especially sugary foods. Although the natural sugars found in fruits and vegetables are fine, unless you have some medical restrictions that say otherwise.

Find a health food store and ask an employee to show you a good book to get you started on a healthy diet or seek out a naturopathic physician who can support you in this. He or she will also be able to help you get your stress under control using natural remedies and foods and not pharmaceuticals. Natural unprocessed foods are the healthiest for you mind and body in general. Regular exercise, especially walking is a good stress reliever.

Even though you feel very alone in your faith right now, you are not alone. It is very important that you stay in the Word of God. Scripture is God’s gift to us. Pour out your heart to the Lord in prayer. Jesus truly does stick closer than a brother. Become God dependent even more, not people dependent, and you will find yourself feeling less stressed and more peaceful and balanced. Never underestimate the incredible healing power of the Lord when we are walking closely with Him each day.

“A man of too many friends comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother” (Proverbs 18:24).

Please contact me if you have any more questions and concerns. I would love to know what the outcome is as far as your children’s schooling. This is the time to walk in faith knowing that ALL things work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose (Romans 8:28).

In God’s love,

“Cast your burden on the LORD, and He shall sustain you; He shall never permit the righteous to be moved” (Psalm 55:22.)

Zechariah 12:3,9:
And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people; And it shall come to pass in that day, that I will seek to destroy all the nations that come against Jerusalem.
