My nature is to tell the TRUTH...the WHOLE TRUTH, and nothing but THE TRUTH. And sometimes, I use humor...or sarcasm...to do this. I will use ANY MEANS to encourage people to understand what I am telling them.

It this offends anyone, I apologize that they were unable to accept the truth as it is written. But, I don't apologize for telling truth. My life, at one time, WAS DESTROYED BY LIES. And I will fight lies until my life is extinguished by God.

If anyone can prove to me, by scripture, where I am wrong, I would welcome it. I love learning the truth! And nobody is fallible....including me. What I write, please check out in your Bible.

I will accept no criticism if it begins with "My Pastor says....". That is what the Bible calls "the blind leading the blind" in Matthew 15:14. And we all should know where that leads to....falling into the same "ditch". I've fallen into that ditch, with others, many times....and now I'm much more careful in my doctrinal understandings. If it's not in the Bible...it's WRONG.

It really hurts my heart when I see some wonderful fellow Christian crying because they have lost a loved one to death...and I've seen plenty of death and its consequences to families during my medical career. Some are inconsolable with the belief that their loved one is now "burning in hell". I've seen this over, and over again...for years and years. Each time brings me more anger at what the pulpits are teaching.

I want to set the record straight. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS "ETERNAL TORTURE IN HELL" ACCORDING TO WHAT THE BIBLE TELLS US.

I've been told, by some, that telling the TRUTH, as I see it from the Bible is too "controversial" and some would be "offended". BUT...refraining from telling the truth, as I understand it, is AGAINST what is required of me by God.....I choose to follow God.

Symbols in the OT show what is meant by God's presentation of the things in the TEMPLE at that time. But few pay any close attention to what He is saying, and less attention to how it views the future in "spiritual" terms. And even LESS is explained by so-called "Pastors" who are supposed to be leading us to seeing these things.

All of our misunderstandings of the lake of fire would easily be solved by a study of God's Law. After all, this is the most relevant factor in this matter of judgment. Paul says in Romans 6:23, "for the wages of sin is death." Ezekiel 18:20 confirms this: "The person ["soul"] who sins will die."

Anyone who studies the divine law will see that death is the worst possible punishment that can be meted out. Even when a man was guilty of multiple murder, the maximum penalty was death. There is no sin worthy of being burned at the stake, much less being burned in a torture chamber for an eternity.

There were some instances where the dead body of the offender was to be cremated rather than buried (Joshua 7:25; Lev. 21:9). This was the most dishonorable way to die in Scripture. In the New Testament times, the bodies of such criminals were thrown into the valley of Hinnom, which was Jerusalem's city dump. It constantly burned, as even modern dumps do. In the Greek, this valley was called "Gehenna," and Jesus used it as a warning in Mark 9:42-50.

47 And if your eye causes you to stumble, cast it out; it is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes, to be cast into hell [gehenna], 48 where their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.

Take note that the worms here are not immortal or fireproof. The city dump constantly burned, and in the places where no flame had yet reached, there were countless worms, or maggots, to consume the garbage. But there is no record that anyone was ever cast into gehenna as a means of torture, except in ancient times, when the Canaanites caused their children to die by fire to the god, Molech. Jeremiah speaks of this in 32:35.

This is quite a wonderful website if anyone want to read the side issues seen in it. There are very few "bones" to spit out....and the "meat" is wonderful in learning of God's ways and His character.

It's our choice to worship the God of the Bible...merciful, kind, loving, generous, patient, etc...or to go through life believing that the God you worship is a spiteful tyrant who will "burn you in hell and torment you forever" because you broke ONE Commandment, or you failed to believe during this age of grace (because the Father did not "draw" you....yet).

You've heard the side that most "Pastors" preach....hellfire and d*mnation! Now it's time to hear the OTHER SIDE...the one in the Bible.
