If people would THINK about what they are saying, much error could be prevented.

Which is it? I'm quoting you here:

"shortened great tribulation of ISRAEL"

and

"it is the time of JACOB'S trouble"

BEFORE Jacob's name was changed BY GOD to "Israel", he was an UNBELIEVER. Therefore, when anyone refers to JACOB, they are referring to UNBELIEVERS. This is told to us in Genesis 32:24-28. "JACOB" means "deceiver" and "subplanter"...he is not yet "right" with God.

Putting ANY thought into this would tell us that "Jacob's trouble" refers to those who are UNBELIEVERS

Likewise, when you say that the "shortened great tribulation of ISRAEL" (which isn't even IN the Bible) you are referring to BELIEVERS because the man previously called Jacob is NOW called "Israel" because he now has "power with God" as a "prince"....that's a "BELIEVER".

Any trouble that "Jacob" (unbeliever) has, has nothing to do with any trouble "Israel" (believer) has.

The "tribulation" that believers have , they have INDIVIDUALLY, on a day-to-day basis in their lives. These "tribulations" are for SPIRITUAL growth....John 16:33. Jesus was NOT concerned with affecting anyone's "natural" life. His goal was perfecting their SPIRITUALITY.

Stubbornly retaining the "doctrines of men" will make that tribulation MUCH WORSE because you are disobeying God by listening to "men" (Matthew 15:9). We ALL should be doing our OWN study of the Bible through the Holy Spirit (I John 2:27). Your "tribulation" is GOD working in you to PURIFY you in preparation for the revelation of the "Kingdom of God"....which is WITHIN YOU (Luke 17:21).

That's what it means by "washing by the water of the WORD"..Eph.5:26. Studying the Word of God CLEANSES us. Listening to Pastors TELL US what the Bible says DOES NOT! It puts us further into APOSTASY!

You are making the SAME MISTAKE that the Jews (under the Pharisees as teachers) made when Jesus walked this earth. THEY BELIEVED THE "KINGDOM" WAS SOMETHING YOU COULD "SEE", "HEAR" AND "TOUCH" (a "natural" kingdom to be led by the Jews). THEY WERE WRONG! It didn't happen the way they believed it would....and, subsequently, their temple was ANNIHILATED, and they were dispersed in 70 AD instead.....just as Jesus predicted it would.

And you are believing that SAME MISTAKE make by the Pharisees by looking for a LITERAL kingdom....when Jesus Christ, Himself, told us that IT'S A COMING "SPIRITUAL" KINGDOM, and it's WITHIN US (and developing now).

The REASON so many are in error today is because WRONG DOCTRINE is preached from "PULPITS" and written in BOOKS authored by "men". Truth is obtained ONLY when the BIBLE is the authoritative source. If it's not in the Bible, then it's not true! It's our job to "search the scriptures" when any Bible "facts" are told to us...Acts 17:11.

The leader of ALL Christians SHOULD ONLY BE GOD...and not ANY "man". Jesus is our "HEAD", and not ANY "Pastor". If ANY MAN'S teachings do not line up with BIBLE TRUTH, then that man is a LIAR....and an "antichrist" because he is teaching AGAINST what Christ says.

Believe God....or believe "man". My choice is GOD!
