Well, the Boston bombings have taken a "back seat" by the main-stream media, and it's on to bigger (but not better, by any means) things. The people have gone back to "normal", whatever that is. But, most of them seem to trust the government more than ever now. They were "protected" by all those military troops!!

Have they ever heard of "Posse Comitatus"? The military SHOULD NOT be on our streets!!! But the government has gotten rid of that part of our laws concerning interference by the Government in civilian matters. Still, there has been, up to present times, a LAW that the military CANNOT combine with our civilian police force to maintain law on our own streets. Katrina changed that, and through FEMA, most people never saw it coming.

The P.A.T.R.I.O.T. Act, following within DAYS of "9/11", got rid of most of the laws that protected us...and increased surveillance and interference by our own government. We have lost most of our freedoms.

The Boston incident was part of the Hegelian Dialectic to put forth gun control...and it didn't work as they had hoped. People are buying MORE guns than ever. So, what will they do next? GET THE AMMUNITION!! No matter how many guns you have, they are no good without ammunition. And, now that is being worked on by the government. Pretty soon you will find no ammunition (or gun powder to make bullets) in order to have functioning weapons.


AND THEN THE "HAMMER" OF THE GOVERNMENT WILL HIT THE PEOPLE ON THE "HEAD"...AND THERE WILL BE NO DEFENSE FOR IT.

Some Christians say that we should not arm ourselves, and some say we should "head for the hills"....and some say we should fight back. What IS our responsibility?

Bible verses:

Proverbs 3:25..."Be not afraid of sudden fear; neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh."

Proverbs 22:3.."A prudent man forseeth the evil, and hideth himself: but the simple pass on, and are punished."

Luke 22:36..."Then said He (Jesus speaking) unto them, 'But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise has scrip (money): and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.'"


So, what I can see as BIBLICAL instruction is to NOT be afraid of the things that are coming. If you have the MONEY, buy weapons to protect yourself and your family. If you don't have the money, plan a place where you and your family can HIDE from the danger....but also prepare for food and water, and the necessities of life.

As always, excellent advice! If anyone tells you any different, ignore them. The bottom line is....be prepared, but not afraid! God is in charge!
