The Central Bank of Cyprus has eased some of the restrictions imposed as the nation's banks reopened, following an international bailout deal. Debit and credit cards can be used normally for domestic payments. The central bank said it would review the curbs on a daily basis and try to "refine or relax" them when possible.

What kind of attack could North Korea launch?
Officials are concerned that with the rising threats, Kim is backing his regime into a corner where it may be compelled to act in order to save face. And in the near-term, the regime has plenty of ways to do that. It can continue to proliferate dangerous weapons to places like Iran and Syria. A strong M 5,6 earthquake hit Urumqi county, capital of Xinjiang province, this morning.
