If the calculation began on Oct 9 2009 then Oct 9 2010 1 year, Oct 9 2011 2 years, Oct 9 2012 3 years, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, Mar, April 9 2013 is exactly 3.5 years. We still have time for 7 years trib from Oct 9 2009 to 2016.

Could be right who knows?
