Be prepared for another major financial scandal. The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp (DTCC) said that "trillions" of dollars of stock certificates stored in their underground vault in Manhattan have suffered water damage. What does that mean? Are they destroyed? How much is involved? Can they be replaced or is the information lost? Whose accounts are in danger here? Could this bankrupt pension funds, mutual funds, hedge funds? Can this affect the $1.4 quadrillion derivatives market? Apparently it could be as much as $36.5 trillion dollars. Whatever happens, you can bet the people will lose and the illuminati will win. Perhaps this will be kept secret until the economy collapses altogether and then it will never come to light. On the other hand, if the pattern of previous bank losses holds we will first hear a "small" figure in the hundreds of billions or maybe even the low single trillions, but sometime later when they hope people are distracted by some other disaster, war, or sporting event, they will release the real number.

Sean, of the SGTreport (SGTbull07) recently uploaded an interview with Any Hoffman and Bix Weir. If you have 12 minutes I think it would be worth your time. If you do not I can sum it for you in a few sentences. During 9/11 an unknown amount of gold disappeared in the vaults of the World Trade Center. Also, all of the "evidence" regarding the ENRON case was destroyed when Building 7 was "pulled" at 5:30PM (30 minutes after the BBC reporting it collapsing!?!). So the question is asked if they will use Hurricane Sandy to cover up fraud of some kind by saying these records were destroyed.

Was Hurricane Sandy another Katrina or 9/11? Was it purposely steered and its severity increased? I didn't want to make this on Hurricane Sandy but for those interested I will include below evidence that hurricanes can indeed be exacerbated and steered. Below that is an article regarding the water damage to the stock certificates.

There has been much evidence that Sandy was helped along and directed through the use of HAARP (http://www.haarp.alaska.edu/) and chemtrails. The HAARP status monitor (http://www.haarpstatus.com/status.html) which measures the frequency used by HAARP to heat the ionosphere has a scale of 1-10. Above 7 is considered extreme and NYC was in the 10+ territory the day Sandy hit. What does that mean? They use the frequency to heat the atmosphere to direct the hurricane by creating a path of least resistance. If you still do not believe this watch this 17 second video of Hurricane Erin that was supposed to hit NYC on 9/11. And while you watch it try to explain why weather forecasters on the news never mentioned a hurricane coming in that morning. Just a coincidence, I'm sure.

The strange use of terms such as "hybrid" or "frankenstorm" have the connotation of being man-made or manipulated by man. In 1997 FEMA ran a drill for a killer hurricane in NYC and it was named "Sandy". Also, why were some meteorologists saying days out that Sandy was not a threat while others were already saying that "power would be out past the election" when it was still a Category 1 storm? Warning you of something beforehand that they know is going to happen is called predictive-programming. Another indication this is being done on purpose is the lack of help from FEMA and the Red Cross. We can get military supplies half way around the world in 24 hours, but when it comes to Katrina and Sandy we can barely get anything done in 5 to 7 days. I would consider that a spiritual attack playing out in the physical as the illuminati continue with their planned deconstruction of America.

Stock certificates feared damaged by Sandy

Trillions of dollars worth of stock certificates and other paper securities that were stored in a vault in lower Manhattan may have suffered water damage from Superstorm Sandy.
The Depository Trust & Clearing Corp., an industry-run clearing house for Wall Street, said the contents of its vault "are likely damaged," after its building at 55 Water Street "sustained significant water damage" from the storm that battered New York City's financial district earlier this week.
The vault contains certificates registered to Cede & Co., a subsidiary of DTCC, as well as "custody certificates" in sealed envelopes that belong to clients.

The DTCC provides "custody and asset servicing" for more than 3.6 million securities worth an estimated $36.5 trillion, according to its website.
"At this point, it is premature to make an accurate assessment as to the full impact of the water damage nor would it be helpful to project on what specific actions need to be taken with respect to our vault," said DTCC Chief Executive Michael Bodson in a statement. "We are aggressively working on this situation to minimize disruption to our clients and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available."
Bodson said the DTCC's computer records are intact and that the corporation has "detailed inventory files of the contents of the vault."
The building remains inaccessible, but the lower floors are believed to be flooded. The full extent of the damage cannot be assessed until power is restored and the building is deemed safe to enter.

The DTCC has been operating from remote facilities since the onset of the storm and has maintained clearing, settlement and other services that are crucial to the functioning of Wall Street, according to Bodson.
Bodson said the DTCC is working with couriers to ensure that all deliveries are rerouted to a facility in Brooklyn, and the group expects all other services related to physical securities processing to resume "in the next several days," he added.
