We are in prayer for our Christian friends in Greece.

Prayer is requested for Elijah and myself as we are on the Greek side (south side) of Cyprus Island.

Back in the 70's the Turks took over completely the north side of the country, so it is already a divided land. Most of the churches here on the Greek side are Greek Orthodox, although Elijah and I are non-denominational.

Of course Turkey's plans are not necessarily a done deal as God is ultimately in charge and their plans could end ubruptly and be a mere part of the biblically expected "rumors of wars".


But by the same token, we need to keep in mind that followers of Jesus Christ, though in the direct line of fire, shall be tried for their faith, and hopefullly, be willing to go through persecution for that very faith.


Nonetheless, prayer can change things, and we appreciate your prayer for both the people of Greece who are suffering so much already, and for Cyprus.


Ironic, is it not, that Turkey was the place, as mentioned in the bible, where were once found the seven churches of Asia?
