This is an excerpt of Elijah's message recently sent to a well-known pastor.
The latter part reads like a modern-day type of Pharaoh (former President Mikhail Gorbachev of Russia), a request to let God's people, the Jews, leave Russia for Israel, and the consequences for Gorbachev's failing to do so until his hand was forced. Of course God had the upper hand in all that happened.

In 1987 I was given to travel with another brother in the Lord to Warsaw, Poland on the way to Russia. While there I was led to write to President Mikhail Gorbachev and send it to his address in Moscow. I was given to tell him I was to meet him at the front door of the Kremlin and told him he was to allow the Jews to be freed to travel to Israel, their Promised Land given them through Abraham, Isaac and Jacob by covenant.

I had written this letter before I even had a visa to enter Russia. Well, we did obtain the visa to enter Russia by train and arrived in Moscow on April 14, 1987, and we were to get a room in a hotel near the Kremlin.

That same day I was given to go through the back door of the Kremlin and to go
out through the gate to stand at the road right before the front door of the
Kremlin. At that time, a line of large limousines came down the street and
Mikhail Gorbachev was in the largest one. They all stopped so Mikhail Gorbachev could see me while I stood in front of the Kremlin. I held my Bible up for them all to see with one hand and with the other, I pointed up to Heaven. While this was happening, I noticed a young woman running out of the Kremlin and took my photo.

I found out later that there was a Christian in the Kremlin, even Mikhail
Gorbachev's daughter, who had forwarded my letter to him, who at the time was on a visit to Czechoslovakia. He had arranged a conference there with banquet meals when he arrived, but when he got this letter from me, Almighty God's servant who was to meet him at the front door of the Kremlin, he cancelled his conference and banquets there in Czechoslovakia and instead went to see who was set to meet him at the front door of the Kremlin. I want to believe the young lady who took my photo was his daughter.

About the request made of Mikhail Gorbachev to set the Jews in Russia free and
receiving no answer, I sent him another, this time from Kiev and warned him
there would be a disaster if he did not act. He did not, and there was a great
earthquake. I sent him a third letter from Saloniki, Greece warning him that if he did not act, there would be another great disaster, and again he failed to respond, and there was another earthquake. From Athens, Greece, I sent him a fourth message warning him that there would be a great disaster, and that he
would see it and was going to be calling a day of mourning. Well, again, he did not act, and the disaster happened. There was a serious train wreck which burned up a small town in the vicinity, and he called a day of mourning.

A fifth message was sent from Athens and I said if he did not respond in setting the Jews free, there was going to be the greatest disaster upon the Earth to befall Russia, and he would see it with his own eyes. That's when he let the Jewish people free. God's Will be done.
