"Cares Of This Life: Grave Sins On Simchat Torah"

Dear Doves,

The date of Tishri 23, Simchat Torah, has become a day of tragic grave sins for some men of the tribes of Israel. The grave sins are warned about by Messiah/Christ in Luke 21: 34-36. Here is the English Standard Version. "But watch yourselves lest your hearts be weighed down with dissipation and drunkenness and cares of this life, and that day come upon you like a trap. For it will come upon all who dwell on the face of the earth. But stay awake at all times, praying that you may have strength to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man." What sins did The Master specifically warn against? There is drunkenness (with subsequent sleepiness, stupor, and slumber). And there is dissipation: sexual immorality fueled by alcoholic beverages. According to the Torah what are some names for sexual immorality? There are adultery, fornication, incest, prostitution, and *****mongering. Prepared for a surprise? According to the commandments (mitsvoh) in the Torah, extra marital sex with a relative or neighbor is considered incest.


The day of Simchat Torah was originally considered like Shemini Atzeret day two. There are no commandments, no mitsvoh, in the Torah for the celebration of Simchat Torah. Is it a day for rejoicing in the Torah? And for rejoicing in Messiah/Christ as the personified Torah? Some do so sincerely and honorably. But there are actions undertaken on Tishri 23 by some men which show no piety or reverence for Adonai or for His WORD. The web site http://antipas.net/6_simchat.htm has distressing and surprising information about the behavior of some men on Simchat Torah. "In many synagogues it is customary to drink hard liquor on Simchat Torah, and Simchat Torah is only one of two occasions of the year (the other is Purim) where public drunkenness is openly tolerated (and encouraged, as in Purim) as an expression of joy." Some rabbis approve this. How is it joyous, pious, or reverent to get falling down drunk after the displays of parading around synagogues with Torah scrolls? There is no blessing in drunkenness, which according to The Scriptures in sin.


It is a tragic fact that there are brothels in Israel and all over the world which some men of the tribes of Israel frequent to obtain paid sexual services rendered. Do brothels help turn Jerusalem "into Sodom and Egypt"? Prostitution and *****mongering on Tishri 23? More grave sins. Simchat Torah has become a day, one of three annually, when grave sins related to drunkenness and dissipation are committed by some men of the descendants of Isaac. After Purim for 2 days on the Gregorian Calendar, Simchat Torah is the third day. This year for Israel, Tishri 23 will be day 3 of the Scriptural Week. The sins of drunkenness and dissipation would make the Teshuvah and repentance, for some, culminating on Yom Kippur 2012 look null and void. Within 13 days for some would be hypocrisy, mockery, and denial of all significance of Yom Kippur this year. More spiritual tragedy.

Might these clues imply that we are near The Season of The Blessed Hope in 2012? Simchat Torah, Tishrei 23, is 10-8 to 9 for Israel, Europe, and the Americas among other places. That day accoding to the Hillel Calendar, the whole world will have completed Shemini Atzeret and the cycle worldwide of the 7 Feasts of the Lord will be complete for 2012. Might The Beloved, The Groom of Grooms, suddenly appear some day between now and Simchat Torah? We shall see.
