2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019

The year 2016 is the middle year of the 'seven-year' period from the Feast of Trumpets 2012 TO Feast of Trumpets 2019 .

The year 2016 is also a Jubilee Year which happens only once every forty-nine years. The next one will be the year 2065.

The year 2016 is 49 years, one Biblical generation, from the year 1967 in which the 'Fig Tree sent forth leaves'. ( 1967 + 49 = 2016 )

The next Year of Jubilee begins Nisan 1, 2016 and the Day of Palms is Nisan 11, 2016 and the Passover is Nisan 14, 2016

There are 3 1/2 years from Nisan 1, 2016 TO Tishri 1, 2019 ( time, times and half a time )

The year 2016 should prove to be a very interesting year!

Dear Bruce & Fellow Watchers:

I decided to run a check on the numbers you mentioned in your post and find the results somewhat perplexing. Perhaps you could explain.

"The year 2016 is the middle year of the 'seven-year' period from the Feast of Trumpets 2012 to Feast of Trumpets 2019." True enough but then again 2017 is the middle year for the 2013 -2020 period!

Your next three statements have to do with the purported Jubilee years; 1967, 2016 & 2065. I was alive in 1967 and do not recall any forgiveness of debts or allowing the land to lie fallow, etc. over in Israel. Although some land rights were restored there are no Jubilees in the Church age. Remember "one swallow does not a summer make"?

You say "There are 3 1/2 years from Nisan 1, 2016 to Tishri 1, 2019 (time, times and half a time)". What happened to the 1260 days? When I do the calculation of 1260 days from Nisan 1 2016 I fast forward to Elul 21, 2019!

My conclusion is somewhat different that yours: The year 2013 should prove to be a very interesting year!

That is exactly why Jerusalem was returned to the possession of the Jews in the Jubilee Year 1967. What "possession" will be returned to the Lord (or the Lord return to) in the next Jubilee Year?

Yes, There are 3 1/2 years from Nisan 1/March 9, 2016 TO Tishri 1/October 3, 2019/ Feast of Trumpets ( times, time and half a time )

HERE ARE BOTH THE 1,290 DAY-COUNT AND THE 1,260 DAY-COUNT you asked about:

Nisan 1/March 9, 2016 is day #1 ie. 'New Years Day' of the next Jubilee Year (do not begin the day-count from this day)

Nisan 14/March 22, 2016 is 'First Passover' in the next Jubilee Year and is 1,290 days TO Tishri 1/October 3, 2019/Feast of Trumpets (the 1,290 day-count is exact) (Dan 12:11)

Lyyar 14/April 21, 2016 is 'Second Passover' in the next Jubilee Year and is 1,260 days TO Tishri 1/October 3, 2019/Feast of Trumpets (the 1,260 day-count is exact)
