Dear Doves,

You must understand that all three Scriptures: Matthew 24:15-31 and Mark 13:14-27 and Luke 21:20-31 are all three describing the very same 'end-time SEQUENCE of events' from the THE BEGINNING of the great tribulation and ending with the rapture of the Church. All three Scriptures begin with the words "When you see...", and then describe THE BEGINNING of the great tribulation BEFORE describing the rapture of the Church. The 'Parable of the Fig Tree' follows each of these three Scriptures leaving no doubt as to what is being described there.

If the rapture were really appointed to occur BEFORE the beginning of the great tribulation, don't you think that it would be described in the Scriptures BEFORE the beginning of the great tribulation is described?

1 Corinthians 14:33
"For GOD IS NOT THE AUTHOR OF CONFUSION ......."

The 'traditions of men' are the authors of confusion!

2 Thessalonians 2:6-8
"And now you know what is restraining him, that he may be revealed in his own time. .......only He who now restrains will do so until He is taken out of the way. And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord will consume with the breath of His mouth and destroy with the brightness of His coming."

Revelation 13:2 & 5
"The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority..........And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and HE WAS GIVEN AUTHORITY TO CONTINUE FOR FORTY-TWO MONTHS.

Therefore the restrainer, who continues to restrain him until he releases him, is taken out of the way by the rapture FORTY-TWO MONTHS before the Second Coming of the Lord. The rapture of the Church is when the restrainer is taken out of the way allowing for the lawless one, who is the anti-Christ to receive his power and authority from Satan after Satan is cast down to earth from heaven FORTY-TWO MONTHS before the Second Coming of the Lord. These aforementioned events described happen at the mid-week-point of the 70th Week of Daniel. Does this sound like a pre-tribulation rapture to you?

Dear Doves,

Luke Chapter 21: 20-31 tells us that before the rapture occurs, WE WILL "see these things happening". The rapture will not happen until we do.

Luke 21:28
"Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption (rapture) draws near."
Luke 21:31
"So you also, when you see these things happening, know that the Kingdom of God (rapture) is near."

The first thing Luke describes for us to see happening before our rapture is the beginning of the great tribulation in Israel:

Luke 21:20
"But when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies, then know that its desolation is near. Then let those who are in Judea flee to the mountains..... For these are the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. ........For there will be great tribulation in the land......."

Therefore, the Church will be right here on earth to see the beginning of the great tribulation just before we are raptured. It does not sound like a pre-tribulation rapture to me!
