SUN GO DOWN LITERALLY AT NOON TIME in ISRAEL?
Amos:8:9: "And it shall come to pass in that[RAPTURE?] day,
saith the Lord GOD,
that I will cause the sun to go down at noon,
and I will darken the earth[BLOCK the SUN?] in the clear day:"
This is POSSIBLE if...we divide the verse into 2 halves...
Senario 1) 1st half of verse Amos8:9 indicated...
The earth suddenly rotated
6hours [NOON 12pm to EVENING 6pm]
or 90degrees counterclockwise [as view from the north] which means the Earth rotates faster or accelerated by square-root of 6x hours = around 2.5times faster?
Senario 2) 2nd half of verse Amos8:9 indicated...
The Sunlight for Earth was blocked[total eclipse] by PLANET or STAR
[note:moon would not cause entire earth to be darken]
suddenly at NOON time which does not seems likely as the verse indicated the sun GO DOWN.
Senario 3) If the verse is divided into 2 PARTs...then
Senario 1) could happen during 6th Seal Event when Earth suddenly spins 2.5times faster and wobbles[reel to and fro] till earth slows down and maintains at a constant speed.
Senario 2) could happen a next time during a clear day when the sunlight was blocked[total eclipse] by PLANET SUPER EARTH or DoubleSunDwarfStar-Wormwood
Senario 4) If the verse is not divided...
Then more likely that there would be TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE of SUN at NOON time in Israel's Local Time which is night time in US and no difference in Singapore.
Another interesting verse which speaks of this EVENT is ...
Isaiah:59:10: "We grope for the wall like the blind,
and we grope as if we had no eyes:
we stumble at noonday as in the night;
we are in desolate places as dead men."
Other verses which indicated a possible Rapture at NOON in ISRAEL's LOCAL TIME?
UTC Time: 10am? suddenly become 4pm...not much visual change.
US Local Time: 4am-5am? suddenly become 10am-11am...bright light in nighttime...
Singapore Local Time: 3pm-4pm? suddenly become 9pm-10pm...darkness observed?

In that sense:
day is only 8 hours length and likewise for the night.
So assume in the first day it happens, by 12 noon the sun goes down, implying the next sunrise will be 8 pm old time or 4 am new time then sundown 4pm new time etc. with the clock only hits 8 instead of 12.
We can count backward from 2017 minus 7 years kind of make alive again 7 year theory then probably arrive 2012/2013 as the new time period ...
