The whole story of Abraham being told to take his only son up to Mt. Moriah is symbolic of Yah's future plan to provide His Only Son, which is Himself.

1. The location where Abraam was to offer his son is Mt. Moriah which is the same location of today's Temple Mt. in Jerusalem.

2. The sacrifice was to be his only son Isaac. When Abraham was about to make the sacrifice, God stopped him. When Isaac questioned where was the sacrifice, Yahuah said (in the Hebrew) I will provide myself. This is what we need to understand. God did not have a physical son but put aside His Deity and came down to earth to become the sacrifice that would redeem us from the clutches of Satan thus provided the way to return to our former home.

3. Adam & Eve's son Seth, on behalf of his parents, asked Yah when they would be able to return home (Garden of Eden). The answer was it would take place in 5 1/2 days, which is 5500 years and so it took place exactly at that time. The priests of Jerusalem at that time, looked in their books and found that it was as told so they knew who they had crucified.

4 Back to the location. When Christ/Yahusha came to earth, He was crucified on the Roman Tree just north of City Gate, which today is in Mosem controlled Jerusalem. Christ was buried in a borrowed tomb located there. Mt. Morriah is Holy Ground there-fore Christ who took upon Himself all the sins of the world, gave His life "outside" the city. This was prophesied to be so.

5. It is told in the Bible that Christ/Yahusha would return from the same location of where He was seen going up (the Resurrection). That is on the Mt. of Olives just to the East of the Temple Mt.

So, do we see how Our Heavenly Father planned and fore-told it all, using his loyal servant Abraham as an example?

As is told, the war on earth by the people today is a Spiritual War in which Satan is using his minions against the children of God/Yahuah. It may appear to be about possessing all the lands but that is only a tool Sata is using to destroy God's people to set up his kingdom on earth. He has convinced his followers that he will win although he knows that he has but a short time

That is why it is such a highly contested place. Christ's Vengeance & the Time of the Gentiles being over will take place where Abraham was told to sacrifice his only son Issac.

Zechariah 14: 4-5 And his feet shall stand in that day upon the mount of Olives, which is before Jerusalem on the east, and the mount of Olives shall cleave in the midst thereof toward the east and toward the west, and there shall be a very great valley; and half of the mountain shall remove toward the north, and half of it toward the south.
5 And ye shall flee to the valley of the mountains; for the valley of the mountains shall reach unto Azal: yea, ye shall flee, like as ye fled from before the earthquake in the days of Uzziah king of Judah: and the Lord my God shall come, and all the saints with thee.
