DEA is a very dirty agency. VERY DIRTY. Did you know that they made a deal with a drug cartel that they could bring in thousands of pounds of drugs in exchange for info on their competition cartel? Yet they are jailing & going after any & all drs that are prescribing legal pain med . Are you aware that people who are dying are now being refused pain meds because of fear of DEA? Cancer pts, children with painful cancer & diseases are being denied. Now hospitals are giving IV Tylenol or ibuprofen for pain after surgery. Try having appendix out with only ibuprofen. It won't work for that kind of pain or for most surgical pain. Even if a person doesn't use any kind of pain med have found that going to the ER for any reason, have been accused of drug seeking & many have died because they were ignored & not treated for the real reason they were there. You don't even ask or say anything about pain meds but if you show up in pain you are treated as a drug seeker & they put that in your records.

CDC admitted they lied about the #''s of prescription od deaths & admitted it really is a illegal fentynal problem yet law abiding people who are unlucky enough to have a painful disease or condition are being left with no medication & no drs to treat them even for simple health issues. Many many are committing suicide or turning to street drugs in desperation to get pain levels down. Unless you have lived with severe pain daily you have no idea how it kills. Think of the worst pain you ever had then think about it never going away. Ever. And then being blamed by govt for being the problem for illegal activity. That's what is going on with people who suffer from chronic intractable pain for whatever reason.

DEA can read your medical records without a warrant in most states. Yes, a cop can read your medical records any time they want. The govt & CDC have lied to the public while ignoring our illegal drug problems. It gets worse by the day while people like you are made to suffer with absolutely no regard to you or recourse. DEA needs an oversight committee or completely abolished. They allow illegal drug activities & in did make deals with cartels.
