10-13-2018; RF Power Eased Up On Dry Upper Level Low Yields 0.38" Of Precipitation in So. CA

(Sat.) A 'dry' upper level low pressure system moved into Southern CA on Friday night, and as it moved in, we kept an eye on the NOAA GOES West Watervapor and IR maps and we saw sudden development of moisture around the vortex of this formerly dry low showing up on the watervapor map (and doppler map). RF or laser power from a satellite transmitter had prevented moisture development around the center of the vortex of this low pressure until it moved in directly over Southern CA. Starting about 1:00 PM Friday we observed some spectacular cumulonimbus development over South Los Angeles and Orange County. The skies in Los Angeles over the past three days had genuine cumulus clouds and no chemtrail aerosols visible to manipulate the atmospheric RH or cap the atmosphere. This dry low pressure system suddenly developed watervapor because the atmosphere around this vortex began to rise up. The lift in the atmopshere is what is required for the precipitation process to occur, and the satellite transmitter's power was being reduced to allow for that atmospheric lift. As I mentioned in the video, the rain stopped and started three separate times Friday night like a spigot was being turned on and off.. The first rain began to fall fairly strong and lasted for about one minute. About 10 minutes later a lighter rain began to fall again, and again the spigot was turned off as the RF power from the satellite transmtter is re-applied. The RF or laser power heats the watervapor in the upper atmosphere at the 500 and 300 mb levels preventing lift and the precipitation process, and this causes the on-off water spigot action that I refer to. Once the rain began again for a third time several minutes later, a light rain fell for several hours into the night and next morning totaling only 0.375" in the Foothills. The season total is now 0.41" in this area. In the old days, 10-15 years ago, when we had lightning and thunder as we saw in Los Angeles on Friday, the sky would pour rain for a couple of hours or more, giving us an inch or more of rain, but this is never allowed to happen these days. This low pressure system should have dumped two to four inches of rain!

Looking at some screenshots I took of hurricane Michael moving into Panama City FL, we see no activity in the form of the pie-shaped cutouts from the WSR88D's located nearby at Tallahassee (KTLH) Location: 30.397568N, 84.3289116W. Did these NEXRAD 'doppler' radars have the night off, or was there a standown order? It looks to me like the weather controllers engineered this storm system for maximum damage and effect! Another WSR88D is located in Mobile, AL (KMOB) Location: 30.6795378N, 88.2397816W. If you've followed this channel for a while you know what the WSR88D is capable of - particularly here in the Southwest region; these ground-based microwave transmitters can evaporate and regulate preciptation amounts at the ground level. The NEXRAD WSR88D's are managed by the Dept. of Defense and NOAA, and are located around the country; they are marketed as 'severe weather detection radar' but operate dual-function to evaporate & modify precipitation amounts using pulsed high-power microwave RF.
