It is said that when Meles was informed how Ethiopians in the diaspora are critica of his policy his reply was "I will see what they can do to me with their TV remote cnotrol". Here is a golden opportunity for all HaGeR WeDaD Ethiopians to stand in solidarity with our people and show him that our hands can lift banners that speak of his evil deeds and our voices will be raised in defence of our people. When Meles comes to New York we will show him that we are a force to reckon with. We will remind the world about the May 15th elections and the Massacre of June 8th. We will speak about the thousands that are languishing in jails and of those that are being harassed.
