Comment: The particular cases of Ada 1 and 2 reveal the modus operandi of Gomes and her team. The so-called EU observers are not looking for facts but rather an excuse to undermine CIP, NEBE and EPRDF. If they were seriously seeking the truth, they didn’t need to go any further than NEBE website to check which party complained in which constituency and who won the seat. Clearly on the list of the constituencies recommended for complaint investigation, investigative team 25 is assigned to look into Ada1 and Ada2. The Complainant is UEDF and the winner of the two constituencies is CUD. As the Prime Minister asserted, when UEDF realized who the winner of the two constituencies is, it immediately withdrew its complaint. And therefore the team was left to investigate the other constituencies on its list. But this is irrelevant to EU-EOM because its agenda is to trash the electoral process so that the opposition can justify carrying out “Rose Revolution”.
