Can the EPRDF and NEBE "sue in court" opposition parties for electoral fraud?
Can anyone explain the legal implications of the NEBE's verdict on the complaints investigation? Because there are electoral laws that concern such frauds (posted on the NEBE website, http://www.electionsethiopia.org).
As we now see, the NEBE has decided that it was the EPRDF that was "cheated" by the opposition. Can anyone explain to me if that has any implication that they will be liable to further charges in courts? I think that this is a major consideration for the opposition, and would like to know what the opinion of the legal professionals regarding this issue is.
