The second UEDF Leadership Assembly passed important resolutions among which a call for national conference and international demonstrations. The dates are:

1. Conference on Peace and National Democractic Unity, on Sept.30 and Oct.1/2005.

2. International Ethiopian demonstrations in Addis, other Ethiopian cities, and major cities all over the world.

Currently the UEDF leadership is briefing Ethiopians in major cities of USA. On September 3, His Excellency, Dr.Beyene Petros will conduct a town hall meeting at Atlanta after briefing Ethiopians about UEDF resoultion at Minneapolis. He will also travel to Dallas,Texas and Washington D.c for a similar mission. Similarily, other UEDF leaders are briefing Ethiopians on the current political condition of the country and the UEDF resolution in different cities of USA.
