Kuma Kabe is a close friend of, Tesfaye Adane Gara who was the newly elected member of parliament for Arsi, and was brutally murdered by Woyane police about 2 months ago.
Kuma was also shot by the police in which he was left with a bullet still lodged in his body. The police and the government refused to take responsibilty for the crime and have denied Kuma any medical treatment.
