As word broke this week of an electrol fraud & brewing legal battle over election, CUD consulting a lawyer to prepare for a possible court fight over vote allegations & against the election board to suspend re-runs of polls in 31 constituencies, officials saids.The so called "Election Board" members were appointed by Melese Zenawe.What do we exepect from this board?The main reason for the August 21 re-election that was called by the election board is plain & simple, ie.to regain Ato Bereket Simon seat.Ato Bereket lost the election by wide ranging margin.I have never heard a person who lost his parliament seat running for the second time on the same election period.But life is full of surprise in Ethiopia these days. If Bereket is allowed to run for the second time for a parliament sit by breaking the law, then others will follow and certainly we will have anarchy.
