An Ethiopian-born Djibouti president accepted 2 million as bribe.

I heard Ethiopian born Djibouti president accepted 2 million dollar to surrender Ethiopian pilots for EPRDF government and also right at this moment the government trying to bribe the security minister of Belarus but he demanded more money since he shared with other Belarus leaders, I heard they demanded 10 million, I don’t know why this is so important for this government to stop these peoples to stay wherever they want to

Per say! No one will accept it.

I wouldn’t doubt it for a minute. I have always suspected it. How could any body expect any less from a dictator? Only people like G/Meles and Ibrahim won’t believe it.
