Some one posted an a message on this forum suggesting that the government forced recently rounded and imprisoned students and other opposition elements to shave their head using the same bucket of water that had some blood from the cuts some of the students sustained while shaving their heads. Can anyone please verify this. Can we get at least three recently released witnesses to testify this under oath and make their statement in writing. Can anyone help organize this. For example, can the Ethiopian Human Rights Group establish this?
Please verify this. If not whoever posted the original message needs to withdraw it with an apology. If the allegation proves to be true, this is a crime that needs to be exposed. There are committed AIDS activist groups that would take this as their own cause. Please let us verify.
