Suspending money from UK is not enough;Ethiopians!!
As many ethiopians welcomed the news from the UK Development Minister,Hilary Benn, halting a $54m (£30m) aid increase by UK government to the Melse-Bereket regime, they still calls for further action from the UK side in freezing deplomatic relation with TPLF/EPRDF and the resignation of the prime minister in face of his in humann acts that lead to the killings of more than 36 people and heavy and light life sustaining injuries to more than 200 citizens.
The large number of the nation feels deplomatic relation with the melese regime is not less or different than a demand from the Uk government to give time and space for Alkida leaders to change their face after the uncalculated human and material damage they cause to the peace and security of the world.
Among other things the ethiopians demand from the British Government to play a strong role in leading an international investigation team that would inspect the massive human right violation in ethiopia and try individuals who planed,ordered and executed this atrocity the size and the kind of which is untolerable in todays world.
As a first step and a part of this move in promoting the rule of law and dealing with the wide human right problems,the ethiopians wants to see Mr Blair, Prime minister of UK, to dismiss immediately mr Meles from his African commission that he chairs.
The ethiopians and friends of Ethiopians should intensively engage in campaigning for justice to be served in the face of outrageious killings,injuries, imprisonments and tortures of citizens by a military army and their dictatoral leaders.
Let the court judge the act of the prime minister Melese Zenawi and his gangs , ordering killings and tortures, were a deliberate violation of human right or a necessary security prerequisit.
