According to the BBC news, the UK government has decided to halt a $54 millon aid pac to the murderious TPLF government due following the massacer in Addis June 8 and the following days. Th news agency further mentioned that the UK Development Minister, Hilary Benn, call for the government to allow the red cross pay unristricted visit to prisoners.
