Let us face it. It is only in the eyes of God that people in poor countries such as Ethiopia are seen as equals to those in rich countries. Blood is cheaper than oil and Ethiopia is neither Iraq nor Kuwait. The international community will not be involved. Blair and Bush may call Meles a democrat. Ethiopians see Meles and his cadres as dictator who have killed hundreds of Ethiopians over the last 14 years. Let Blair keep Meles in his committee. What Ethiopians are asking is that let the will of the people prevail and let Meles go.
