I just learned that The Federal High Court which was hearing the case filed by the CUD against the National Electoral Board of Ethiopia (NEBE) on the announcement of provisional results has finally passed judgment ruling against the NEBE. The Court made this announcement today (at 12:00 pm June 9, 2005).

I think this is to calm the situation and buy time for Meles. Am I being too synical or are you feeling the same thing?
