Job Overview
Responsible for the purchasing, inventory management, and administrative support of pharmaceuticals, formula, and pharmaceutical supplies. Monitors and ensures compliance with approved contracts, assists the director of pharmacy in evaluating vendor performance and pharmaceutical expenditures. Requires broad knowledge of inventory control, collaborative contracts through a pharmacuetical purchasing group, state and federal laws and a strong organizational skill set.
Qualifications
Required - PHARTECH Pharmacy Technician experience or hospital Pharmacy buyer experience with High School Diploma or Equivalent
