For withdrawing neonates we are providing syringes of oral morphine that contain 0.1mg/0.5mL. We buy oral morphine 10mg/5mL and dilute this with sterile water. Due to our facility's type of clean room we can only give 14 day dating. Anyone know of a compounder that I could have make this for us?
