So, hi to all out there. hope all are making it threw this crazy winter.

We are inches away from beating the all time record for snow in this area! I hope we make it.



So here is my problem.



We use a PVC iv bag here to mix up our Amiodarone drips (iv's).

It is made by B.Braun L5101 Dextrose 5% 500ml bags.

B.Braun tells me it is on allocation, and we can get 1 case every month.



But we have to get it from our wholesaler.



Our wholesaler says B.Braun will not send it to them because its on an allocation. so what to do?



Thanks to our friends at MGH who lent us a case we are ok for now.

I have been trying to find a PVC free empty bag but they all seem to be on back order or out of stock.



so any one want to share what they are doing?
