We have started to use the First Vancomycin Solution by CutisPharma.
In order to send the medication up to the patient the medication needs to be pulled up in an oral syringe. The bottle has a wide opening.
I am looking for a Press in Adapter for this medication.
The largest one I can find is 33mm from Comar Plastics. I need an adapter that is 36mm to 38mm wide.
If someone has a different process I would love to hear from you.
