My hospital is looking to purchase Tobi and Vanco beads for surgery on a per patinet basis from an outsourced compounding facility. We used to compound them ourself but have had trouble recently with the molds. I have also heard that their isn't proper documentation to support stability longer than a few hours after compounded. Does anyone else make these at their hospital or purchase them from a outsourced compounder. If you make them do you have any documentation to prove stablity.
