I am looking to see if any one has a policy that they might want to share to the use of a compounding pharmacy.

You should be able to call any of your current compounding facilites and ask for their most recent componding policy. They should also provide you with their testing results for plant inspection. Many preform onsite inspections quarterly. It would be the same as if your clean room were inspected by the state board. There is also a website where you can go and look up their resistered license. States have different requirements for licensing with regards to use of compounding labs so I would looks this up. You may already know. But CO is very strict. The compounder has to have a Wholesaler out of State License in our we cannot purchase from them for hospital stock. Hope this helps.
