We give our LET an experation of 6 months fridge. 4 Weeks room Temp.
Also since we are discussing I have seen other post about having the lab mix or the hospital mix caution watch their licence. If they are mixing and you are in CO they must have a Wholesaler out of state licence.

Currently we buy a kit were each of the powders are weighted out in seperate containers. Then just mix them together that way there is no problems with compounding licences.
