Does anyone else here use brand name Coumadin exclusively for your hospital? We get an excellent price on their unit dose product through Premier but their bulk price is still AWP. Since we switched to using a Swisslog Pill Pick robot that utilizes bulk packaging this is problematic.
Are any other hospitals having the same issue?
