I just received notice that the McKesson DC that services our account will not be delivering orders on Friday Dec 24 and Friday Dec 31st. Has anyone else received a notice from their wholesaler that no deliveries will be made on those days?

Amerisource had originally told us the same, we recieved a call last week that they would be making deliveries on these two days, and would staff customer service part of the day.

they will be open on friday, the 24th, and 31st.
we will be getting deliveries on those days.

We normally get Saturday delivery along with Monday through Friday. McKesson actually called and said that since we get Saturday delivery we will get delivery on 12/24 and 12/31 but the cutoff will be 5:00pm on the previous day.

Thank you all for the information. I am having a conference call with McKesson today to address this. Not getting an order on the eve of Christmas and New Years is not acceptable to me. We are a very large hospital and the only Trauma Center - we normally get a delivery 6 days a week.
