Hey Guys does anyone keep a perpetual inventory in the pharmacy on all drugs not just controls if so what system do you all use any ideas would be really helpful

We use McKesson. We have Carousells, Narc Station, Acudoses, etc. Orders go through fulfill rx which links automation with distribution. It takes a while to come up with the comfortable levels but it goes pretty smoothly now. Considering the shortages, I don't know if this is the best time to go after inventory control.
