340B - Capturing anesthesia gas usage

I am wondering if anyone knows how to capture the PHS savings on Des/Sevoflurane?
We use Talyst to split our orders, however anesthesia gases are not a patient charge, they are part of a procedure charge, so Talyst does not capture our usage from Cerner.
Since we obviously do not use an entire bottle for a single patient, and each patient can vary in usage throughout the procedure, I do not know how to maintain records of usage to order through PHS and capture the significant savings available, while also protecting myself from an unlikely audit.
If anyone has a procedure in place, can you please share it with me?
Thanks in advance.

Re: 340B - Capturing anesthesia gas usage

We are looking at implementing a system that our 340b consultant shared with us. It's fairly complicated to capture the gas charges and most places don't do it because the savings aren't enough to justify the work, however, we are looking at it because every penny counts these days. E-mail me and I will send you what I have.
