I serve as Buyer for one of the hospitals that is located in the "Red Zone", in relationship to where the G20 Summit will be held. This means that I am within a 1/2 mile radius. We have policies and procedures in place that guide us in Emergency Preparedness and other scenarios. But I was hoping there may be someone out there who has experienced a real-life "event" that could offer some guidance on how I can ensure that my Pharmacy is prepared for whatever could happen. I have learned over the years that real-life experiences offer far more in-sight than reading about it. Any guidance will be appreciated.
