Just to update the ASHP Drug Shortages info on azactam vials: they had posted an approximate date from Elan of mid-August for the availability.
I emailed Elan yesterday to see how accurate that is and received a reply today. They are now saying not sooner than the 4th quarter this year.
I was hoping to eliminate the frozen bags--but not yet, I guess!
