We were also using those same ingredients. We now use Hyoscyamine elixir in place of Donnatal.

We currently have two that we use. One is Maalox, Phenobarbital and Lidocaine Viscous. The other is Maalox, Lidocaine Viscous and Donnatal. Needless to say we have to make the one with the Phenobarbital in it for right now.
