We have had the AutoPack since March 2008. Multiple drops, misdrops, broken tablets are the most common problems that we have. We have also had the STS tray get stuck, which they showed us how to fix, and we had the ribbon get fused to the labels and come out the front, which they had to come out to fix. Thing that I find the most annoying is having to order a new canister whenever you have to change an NDC.
