Hi! Does anyone have any recommendations or suggestions for establishing par levels? We are in the middle of changing EMRs and drug cabinets (goodbye, Omnicell), so I do not have a lot of time to go through each item individually.
I have run reports from the drug cabinets, which I can use to evaluate pars, but as I said, I'm working with a limited amount of time.
Have any of you devised a method that works for you? We are new to perpetual inventory and need to minimize growing pains. Any suggestions are welcome, thanks!
