The 340B presentation was a law presentation and there was another one also... I can't remember which one though..

There were actually THREE (3) lectures that could have been considered to be qualified for the Law CE requirement during the 2008 PPN Conference:
"USP Chapter <797> Updates for 2008"
"RCRA/Waste Management"
as well as the 340B Lecture
As long as the lecture encompasses some facet of Pharmacy Law, which includes anything from the Federal FDA Laws to a discussion of Emily's Act, it could qualify for the Pharmacy Law requirement.
