Is anyone else having problems accessing the survey?
Everytime I try to get to it, it tells me it does not exist on that page???

I apologize for all the trouble you’re all having with the survey. We tried to accommodate everyone’s needs by putting in both the hyperlink and a “cut and paste” version of the URL for the survey.

Unfortunately, the “cut and paste” URL is so long that it breaks off into two lines for some. Here’s how to fix it:

If the words "http" and "html" are on two separate lines, double-click the line that has the “http” so that the two lines are highlighted. Copy those lines. Then paste that into your browser. That should take you to the survey.
